Northside Festival New Additions
Northside Festival has announced additional performers for Northside Music, taking place June 8-11 in the heart of North Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The newly confirmed artists join headliners Dirty Projectors, Miguel, Kamasi Washington, and Thursday, along with previously announced bands like Downtown Boys, Girlpool, Julia Holter and Mary Timony (performing Helium material).
About the Festival
In its ninth year, Northside continues to celebrate the diverse local music scene by presenting an eclectic lineup from Brooklyn and beyond. The new artists pull from a vast range of genres and geographies. Some highlights from these new additions include the likes of, Aldous Harding, Big Thief, Bush Tetras, Destruction Unit, Flock of Dimes, IAN SWEET, Institute, Julianna Barwick, Lydia Lunch, Pelada, Shilpa Ray, Tredici Bacci (performing songs from Dusty Springfield’s Dusty in Memphis) and many more.
In addition, McCarren Park shows benefit the Open Space Alliance for North Brooklyn (OSA), a nonprofit dedicated to building a stronger North Brooklyn by improving 45 parks and playgrounds and getting neighbors involved in their community parks.

Early Bird badges are on sale now with Music passes starting at $75 and including “all access” to over 300 bands; Innovation badges at $499 with access to 150+ speakers; and Premium badges are also available for $549 and provide access to all events at the festival.
