This summer an all-new music festival makes its debut in downtown LA. Situated on the edge of the LA art district, ALL MY FRIENDS will be the city’s biggest music event of the summer.
RL GRIME, GUCCI MANE, JHENE AIKO, M.I.A., JAMIE XX, and ARMAND VAN HELDEN are all set to headline the event. And recently the two-day fest (Aug. 18-19) unveiled its full weekend lineup of artists.
Joining the headliners, are artists such as ANNA LUNOE, BARCLAY CRENSHAW, CHRIS LAKE, GOLF CLAP, WAX MOTIF, and festival curator DESTRUCTO. This festival offers something for everybody and features artists from R&B, hip hop, and house across three stages. See full lineup below.
The multi-genre festival will be held at the iconic ROW DTLA. This thirty-acre district characterized by its evolution, is an urban environment of galleries, curated shops, restaurants, and venues. This collective is known for its trend-setting shopping and creative energy. Fans can explore the community and enjoy live mural paintings during the festival. This art-infused industrial region of downtown LA will be the backdrop for ALL MY FRIENDS 2018. For more information on the community go to ROWDTLA.COM.
Festival curator DESTRUCTO has assisted in creating a festival experience that offers options alongside a variety of acts.
In a recent interview with Billboard, Gary Richards (aka DESTRUCTO), said “It isn’t on ’10’ the whole time. People can come and relax; they’re not wound up from beginning to end.”
He adds, “All the cool people in my life, I know through music… ‘All My Friends’ really has a deep rooted meaning.”
